Interludes and the Signing of the
Register
One important interlude
will be the time during which you go to sign the register -- a perfect
opportunity to "entertain" the congregation with a special song or piece of
music. If you have engaged musicians for the ceremony, this is the chance for
them to be in the spotlight.
The choice of music for interludes is
virtually endless. Much, of course, depends on your officiator and the style
and venue of your ceremony. We offer here some suggestions; just click on
the appropriate category below. Many of the classical selections listed
under overture/prelude, processional and recessional will work for
interludes as well.
