To Whom It May Concern a Few questions regarding themes for my Hawaii beach Wedding

 

I was interested in gathering information on your wedding packages.  The package I am most interested in a Hawaii theme wedding.  A couple of questions regarding the package; we possibly could have up to 40 people attending the wedding, will the the florist on Hawaii  increase the price for alot of bouquets?  How much per person?  With the reception/wedding cake, my fiancé and I aren’t interested in having a reception after the wedding; we are looking to do a dinner at a restaurant of some type.  We are curious to see if we could set up the cake and the tables at the restaurant of our choice? 

I noticed on your website that you no longer do wedding planning online.  If we are to purchase a Hawaii wedding package online, what are your procedures on setting up the wedding and coordinating the dates, flowers, coordinator setup services for our beach wedding , etc.  Will there be a wedding planner that will help me get ready before the wedding (besides my mother)?  How does your payment system work when purchasing a package?  With the wedding photo’s who is the photographer?  I would like to ask some specific details on location where he/she would like to shoot our wedding photos.

** Here is what I envision the Oahu wedding to look like.  I would rather have the wedding on land than on the beach, I’ve attached a picture below of what I would like to have.  Maybe something that is over looking the ocean or close to a waterfall.  I really like the gazebo look with the flowers lining the walk way.  Of course I love having the chair covers, with either a bow of some color or Hawaiian flowers or leaves as they look very elegant.  I believe this picture was taken from the Diamond Head Gazebo package.  Is that available?
